Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the promotion and sales of the company's agent product line;
2. Develop new customers, maintain the business of existing customers and explore the potential of customers;
3. Handle customer demands, quotes, orders, and payment payback;
4. Cooperate with the Company to complete various plans and sales performance targets;
5. Get insight into the production and sales trends and grasp the needs and development direction of customers.
6. Collect market and industry information to gain insight into industry developments.
Requirements:
1. Those experienced in sales of MCU, storage ICs (FIT, FLASH, EEPROM), and power IC (LDO, DC-DC, etc.) are preferred;
2. Able to develop new markets independently, be enterprising and courageous to challenge new goals;
3. Extensive experience and outstanding management capability;
4. Skilled in understanding the advantages and disadvantages of competitors' products and industry dynamics and development trends;
5. Love sales, be under anti-pressure, obey the company's arrangement and management, with a team spirit;
